🚗 Parking is available downtown in the Central Garage off 4th Street or on-street, for free for 2 hours. The street in front of the HIVE, 2nd Ave, is closed for the construction of the Franklin on 4th building. Parking can also be found for free in the Riverboat lot, accessible off Demers Ave right before the bridge to MN.
